MeetTerri Otto
For more than 18 years, I've been shaping and styling hats — beginning with basic shaping for the rodeo world. What started as a love for Western style grew into a passion for helping people feel confident in the hat they wear.
That passion expanded when I became a Rodeo Queen Coordinator, mentoring contestants and hosting Rodeo Queen Clinics — teaching the etiquette, confidence, and presentation of representing the rodeo industry with class, alongside hands-on hat shaping and customization.
In 2024, I trained in a three-day intensive in Denver, Colorado, learning full hat artistry from crown to brim — advanced shaping, styling, custom bands, branding, and personalization — and was proudly certified as a Hat Artisan by Hat Masters LLC. That's the inspiration behind Brim & Barrel.
